Backup Outlook to External Device

• Press Start icon on bottom left corner, type “outlook” into Search box and select “Outlook” app.  
• Type the email address you wish to back up into the Email box and select “Connect.”  
• Type the password into the Password box and select “Sign in.”  
• Uncheck “Allow my organization to manage my device” checkbox then select “This app only.”  
• Uncheck “Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too” check and select “Done.”  
• Outlook will load.  Wait until the bottom says, “All folders are up to date.”  
• Launch File Explorer and expand all of the way to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook then drag the two Outlook Data Files to your external device.
