Ms. Stokes was having issues with her Dymo Label Printer drivers that couldn't be found. She informed me that this is a constant issue for her, I then reached out to Ray and he and I both walked down there to troubleshoot the issue. Ray was able to show me and Ms. Stokes the next steps to solve the issue that way if he's not available myself or Ms. Stokes can take care of the issue.
1) Open Windows
2) Device Manager
3) Dymo Printer
4) Uninstall Device
5) Restart Computer
6) After reboot select Dymo Connect
7) Bottom left of "Dymo Connect" should say connected
8) Test print successful.
