1. Verify the USB Dymo printer is connected to the computer.

2. Test the computer can print to the Dymo by:

  1. On the Start menu, click on Settings.
  2. Select Devices > Printers & Scanners.
  3. Select your printer, and then click on the Manage button.
  4. On the left hand side, click Print Test Page.

 3. Open in Raptor Hardware Check in Windows System Tray

  1. select Reset hardware & wait 30 seconds
  2. Click Hardware check (http://localhost:7770/Status

If it shows it Failed connecting to Dymo printer, the problems is on Raptor's end. It usually will start working after 24 hours.
