If you are missing printing features (duplex, landscape, etc.), your printouts are in a different orientation, or can't find the printer(s) in your office, if you are using a Windows computer do the following:


Log out (or Sign Out) of your Windows, then sign back in (remember, your Windows password is your O365 password). 

This will reconnect your account to the printers assigned to you and printing will be reset.
